Sollte die Tarifbindung des Arbeitgebers enden, ist der Arbeitgeber nicht mehr zur Weitergabe von zukünftigen Tariferhöhungen an den Arbeitnehmer verpflichtet; insoweit wird der Arbeitgeber tarifgebundene und nicht tarifgebundene Arbeitnehmer gleichbehandeln (Gleichstellungsabrede).
