Beim Merkmal 15 – Pädagogisches Qualitätsmanagement – ist vor allem die Bewertung des Kriteriums 15.1 – Vorstand und Leitung betreiben systematische Organisations-, Personal- und Un- terrichtsentwicklung - besser ausgefallen. Schulleitung und Vorstand haben strategische, taktische und operative Qualitätsentwicklung gemeinsam neu ausgerichtet und bereits gute Ergebnisse erzielt. Das Leitbild der Schule wurde 2005 von den schulischen Gruppen bzw. Gremien der Schule erarbei- tet; konnte aber zum Zeitpunkt der Inspektion von den wenigsten Interviewteilnehmern in seinem In- halt benannt werden. Die im Leitbild verankerten Regeln und Rituale finden sich nur unzureichend in den Curricula, den Klassenräumen und dem Schulgebäude wieder.
