Der russische Maler und Bildhauer Valeri Generosow (1946-2014) war nach seinem Studium an der Akademie für Kunst und Design in St. Petersburg u. a. als Dozent tätig und schuf im öffentlichen Auftrag zahlreiche Plastiken. Zuletzt arbeitete Generosow in Leipzig, seit 1980 hatte er sowohl Einzel- wie auch Gruppenausstellungen. Seine Werke befinden sich in Privatsammlungen im In- und Ausland.

The Russian painter and sculptor Valeri Generosow (1946-2014) worked after graduating from the Academy of art and design in St. Petersburg among other things as a lecturer and created numerous sculptures in the public order. Recently Generosow in Leipzig worked, he had both single - and group exhibitions since 1980. His works are in private collections at home and abroad.
