Im Gespräch mir einem Produktionsleiter im Anlagenbau wurde die Erwartung an infoBoard diskutiert. Beim ersten Kontakt vor 8 Jahren gab es keine Planung für die Produktion. Seit 2 Jahren existieren umfangreiche Exceltabellen, die teilweise aus dem ERP System als Download bereitgestellt werden. An Hand der Wochenauslastung wird die Produktion der zu produzierenden Anlagen wochenweise eingeplant.

Die Planung erfolgt also Top-Down, da sind Stunden-Kapazitäten der Mitarbeiter, und dann “muss da ein Projekt mit 2 Anlagen rein”.
