Bereits beim Training sind die Wellen sehr hoch. Die Surfer müssen darauf achten, nicht von den Wellen umgeworfen zu werden.

• Die Fänger (Wellen) versuchen, möglichst viele Läufer (Surfer) abzuschlagen.

• Dabei dürfen die Spieler nicht über die Stangen laufen.
