Die Terragrafie bezeichnet einen einzigartigen Druckprozess, der in den Ateliers des Verlegers El-Harel in Jaffa/Israel entwickelt wurde. Die Technik kombiniert bindende Materialien mit der Pigmentgrundlage Sand. Die Leinwand wird vom Künstler in der Form bearbeitet, dass der entsprechend eingefärbte Sand an den gewünschten Stellen haften bleibt. Dann wird das Motiv über den bereits angebrachten Sand gedruckt. Der Sand wird durch Firnis und Bindemittel dauerhaft mit der Leinwand verbunden. Die reliefartige Struktur des Bildes kann auch ertastet werden, da die Terragrafie kein schützendes Glas benötigt.
