Die Statuette des Beamten erhebt sich vor einem hohen Rückenpfeiler; Beine und Basisplatte sind weggebrochen. Beide Hände hat Tetu auf den trapezförmigen Schurz gelegt, eine Haltung, die als Gebetsgestus vor der Gottheit zu verstehen ist. Die senkrechte Inschriftzeile nennt in einer kurzen Opferformel den Schöpfergott Atum von Heliopolis und abschließend Titel und Namen des Statuenbesitzers.
