sich durch ein Feuerwehrtraining fit.

• Auf ein Trainerkommando „Feuer!“ springen die Kinder in der Mitte auf und laufen
schnell über eine der Seitenlinien. Die 4 Fänger versuchen, möglichst viele Läufer
abzuschlagen.

• Die Fänger nach drei Durchgängen austauschen.
