gleichwertig, es fehlen jedoch einzelne Ergänzungen. Außerdem fehlt der Nachweis
ausreichender Kenntnisse der deutschen Sprache. Daher war(en) die oben angeführte(n)
Ergänzungsprüfung(en) vorzuschreiben.
