CIP-Reinigung
Die SONDEX Plattenwärmetauscher sind grundsätzlich CIP fähig. Voraussetzung für die Anwendung des CIP-Reinigungsverfahrens ist, dass die Ablagerung auf den Platten löslich ist. Alle Materialien im gesamten Umlaufsystem müssen gegen das Reinigungsmittel resistent sein.
Es wird empfohlen, den Lieferanten um eine Bestätigung zu bitten, dass das Reinigungsmittel keine Materialien im Plattenwärmetauscher beschädigen wird.
Eine komplette ClP-Station (ohne Chemikalien) ist bei SONDEX auf Anfrage erhältlich. Die Anweisungen des Lieferanten des Reinigungsmittels / Reinigungsspezialisten befolgen. Wir schlagen vor, bei den Methoden des umgewälzten Reinigungsmittels, die Flüssigkeit mindestens 30 Minuten durch den Plattenärmetauscher zu pumpen.
Spülen
Nach jeder Verwendung eines Reinigungsmittels ist immer gründlich mit Frischwasser nachzuspülen. Bei der Vorortreinigung ist das Frischwasser mindestens 10 Minuten im Plattenwärmetauscher zirkulieren zu lassen.
