In einem beilaufigen Gespräch mit dem 2005 neu angekommenen Schulleiter Herrn Peter Schäfer, kam dann der alter Traum wieder ins Gespräch und wurde nun unterstützt. Deshalb machten wir uns sofort daran,unseren Traum „die Schüle für Indonesische Schüler zu öffnen“ in ein realistisches Konzept umzusetzen. Es wurde geplant, organisiert, gerechnet und viel diskutiert. Der damalige Vorstand stand dem Vorhaben, die Schule für indonesische Schüler zu öffnen, teilweise skeptisch gegenüber. Nach einem ganzen Jahr mit teilweise erhizten Diskussionen, entschloss sich der Vorstand, die Idee in einer Elternvollverssammlung vorzutragen. Man wollte die Eltern entscheiden lassen, ob die Schule für indonesische Schüler geöffnet werden sollte (dabei teilweise auch durchaus mit der Hoffnung, dass die Eltern dem Projekt skeptisch gegenüber stehen würden). Die Geburt von Trilingual war wohl eine der ersten Vollversammlungen, die die neue Aula unserer Schule beinahe füllte. Nach 2 Stunden Präsentation und Diskussion des Projektes Trilingual mit den Eltern kam es dann zu einer überraschenden Abstimmung: einstimmig beschlossen die Elternschaft in der vollen Aula, das Projekt Trilingual soll gestartet werden.

The birth of trilingual was probably one of the first general assemblies, which almost filled the new Auditorium of our school. After 2 hour presentation and discussion of the project of trilingual with the parents, there was a surprising vote: parenthood agreed unanimously in the full Auditorium, the trilingual project should be started.
