Emblem eines unbekannten Volkes. Noch immer ist ungeklärt, was dieser Standartenaufsatz dem im Dunkel der Geschichte versunkenen, rätselhaften Volk der Luristani bedeutete. Wir vermuten, dass die letzte Periode dieser typischen Bronzekultur in den Anfang des 7. Jh. v. Chr. fällt, und hoffen, durch neue Ausgrabungen auch Aufschluss über den Sinngehalt der berühmten mythologischen Fabeltiere zu erhalten.
