zum 01. Januar 2014 dürfen laut einer neuen Verordnung
des Bundesgesundheitsministeriums ausländische Ärzte in
Deutschland nach Ablauf ihrer befristeten Berufserlaubnis
nicht mehr weiter arbeiten, wenn sie bis dahin nicht die
ärztliche Approbation erlangt haben. Zu den
Voraussetzungen zur Approbation gehört dann unter
anderem das Bestehen einer Kenntnis- und
Eignungsprüfung. Verfahrensrichtlinien müssen die
Landesregierungen noch erlassen, jedoch können diese
sehr kurzfristig in Kraft treten
