Nach einigen Tagen beklagte Herr Assaid jedoch massive Übelkeit, so dass wir das Tarceva wieder absetzen mussten. Unter intensivierter antiemetischer Therapie besserte sich die Übelkeit.
Der Allgemeinzustand verschelchterte sich rapide. Im Vordergrund stand nun zunehmend die Krankheitsbewäitung, die zunehmende Dyspnoe sowie Angst. Der Patient und seine Familie wurden von unserem Palliativ- und Hospizdienst begleitet.
Der Allgemeinzustand konnte nicht mehr stabilisiert werden. Bei massiver Symptomlast und hochpalliativer Situation leiteten wir nach Aufklärung und Einverständnig des Patienten und seiner Familie eine palliative Sedierung ein. Herr Assaid verstarb am 02.10.2015 im Beisein seiner Familie auf unserer Palliativstation.

The patient and his family were accompanied by our palliative and hospice service.The condition could not be stabilized. Solid impact load and high palliative situation, we initiated a palliative sedation after enlightenment and Einverständnig of the patient and his family.
