In jedem Fall endet dieser Vertrag am letzten Tag des Monats, in dem der Arbeitnehmer Anspruch auf ein ungekürztes Altersruhegeld bzw. flexibles Altersruhegeld hat oder mit Ablauf des Monats, in dem nach Feststellung des Versicherungsträgers eine unbefristete Berufs- oder Erwerbsunfähigkeit anerkannt wurde.

In any case this Agreement shall terminate on the last day of the month in which the employee is entitled to a full old-age or flexible pension or with the end of the month, in which it has been established by the institution a perpetual profession or incapacity for work was recognized.
