Weiterbildungsziel:
Ziel der Weiterbildung im Schwerpunkt Gynäkologische Onkologie ist aufbauend auf der
Facharztweiterbildung die Erlangung der Schwerpunktkompetenz nach Ableistung der vorgeschriebenen
Weiterbildungszeiten und Weiterbildungsinhalte.
Weiterbildungszeit:
36 Monate bei einem Weiterbildungsbefugten an einer Weiterbildungsstätte gemäß § 5 Abs. 1 Satz 1,
davon können
– 6 Monate in Innere Medizin und Hämatologie und Onkologie angerechnet werden
– bis zu 12 Monate während der Facharztweiterbildung abgeleistet werden
– 6 Monate im ambulanten Bereich abgeleistet werden
Weiterbildungsinhalt:
Erwerb von Kenntnissen, Erfahrungen und Fertigkeiten in
– Erkennung und Behandlung der bösartigen Erkrankungen des weiblichen Genitale und der Brust
– der Schwerpunktkompetenz bezogenen Zusatz-Weiterbildung Medikamentöse Tumortherapie als
integraler Bestandteil der Weiterbildung
– molekularbiologischen onkogenetischen immunmodulatorischen, supportiven und palliativen
Verfahren
– organ- und fertilitätserhaltenden Verfahren
– radikalen Behandlungsverfahren
Definierte Untersuchungs- und Behandlungsverfahren:
– morphologisch-funktionelle (z. B. Ultraschall, Endoskopie) und invasive
(z. B. Punktion, Biopsie) Verfahren der Genitalorgane und Brust
– organerhaltende und radikale Krebsoperationen am Genitale
(z. B. Debulking-OP, Wertheim-OP, Vulvektomie, Lymphadenektomie
inguinal, pelvin, paraaortal, Exenteration)
– organerhaltende und radikale Krebsoperationen an der Mamma
– rekonstruktive Eingriffe am Genitale, den Bauchdecken und der Brust im Zusammenhang mit
onkologischen Behandlungen
– zytostatische, immunmodulatorische, antihormonelle sowie supportive Therapiezyklen bei soliden
Tumorerkrankungen des Schwerpunktes einschließlich der Beherrschung auftretender
Komplikationen
– Chemotherapiezyklen einschließlich nachfolgender Überwachung
– gynäkologische Strahlen-Kontakt-Therapie
– psychoonkologische Betreuung, Rehabilitation und Begutachtung
– spezielle Rezidivdiagnostik und -Behandlung
– Tumornachsorge
